John Crossman

President
John M. Crossman, CCIM

John is President of Crossman & Company, one of Florida’s largest retail leasing and management firms. John supervises retail leasing and marketing initiatives for such notable clients as Publix, Lake Nona, and the Orlando Fashion Square and has recently completed similar services for The Villages.

John has been an active member of ICSC for over 17 years.  He holds several leadership positions including Co-chair of the South Division of the ICSC Alliance and is an active member of the ICSC Foundation Committee. John is also a Real Estate Executive Advisory Board Member for both Florida State University and the University of Florida and a Retail Executive Board Member for the University of Florida.

John earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Florida State University and has been an Orlando resident for the past 19 years.  In his spare time, he is involved with numerous charitable activities including the Good News Jail and Prison Ministry and Purpose Orlando. John considers his greatest achievement to be the fact that his wife, Angie, agreed to marry him in 1996. They have two daughters, Claire and Ava - Ask John to show you pictures.




Scott Crossman

Scott founded the company in 1990 and has overseen its growth into one of the largest retail leasing and management firms in the state of Florida. He has been recognized as leader in the industry and his accomplishments include the acquisition, development and re-development of retail projects throughout Central Florida. Scott is a graduate of Florida Southern College, and serves on their Board of Overseers for the Barney Barnett School of Business and Economics. He is a licensed broker and designated CCIM. Scott and his wife, Sherry have been blessed with two children. In his free time, Scott enjoys hunting and fishing, volunteering at his church and mission groups.

Scott serves on the Board of Directors for Purpose Orlando and E3 Partners.




Richard T. Crotty

Richard T. Crotty

Mayor Crotty serves as executive vice president of Crossman & Company overseeing Corporate Advisory Services. In this role, Mr. Crotty works with corporate and institutional clients to provide advisory services and consulting in all matters of real estate transactions. Mayor Crotty’s extensive experience in government, civic, and real estate activities makes his leadership with Crossman & Company invaluable.

Prior to working with Crossman & Company Mr. Crotty served as Orange County Mayor from 2001 – 2010. He also worked as the Orange County Property Appraiser from 1992 – 2001 and served as a member of the Florida Legislature for many of the early years in his career. Mayor Crotty served on the boards of Orlando-Orange County Expressway, Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, Orlando/Orange County Convention and Visitors Bureau, and the University of Central Florida Foundation Board. Mr. Crotty also serves as a manager/member of Richard Crotty Consulting Group, LLC.




John Zielinski

John Zielinski, CCIM

John Zielinski is Senior Vice President of Crossman & Company and directs all leasing and management services for Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee and South Carolina. Prior to joining Crossman & Company John served as an executive with Publix Super Markets, Inc. for over 15 years in a variety of roles. In addition to spending time managing the leasing of the Publix shopping center portfolio he was also the Real Estate Manager for the Atlanta Division for nearly 10 years.

John earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and his MBA from the University of South Florida. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and holds the CCIM designation. Additionally, John is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers where he has spoken on numerous panels and most recently served on the Retail Advisory Board.




Bruce Lyons

Bruce D. Lyons

Bruce leads the firm's Asset Management and Receivership Division.  In this role, Bruce works with banks and institutional investors to serve as asset manager or receiver for distressed and troubled properties throughout the Southeast.  Bruce's leadership is highlighted by over 40 years of commercial real estate experience with more than a decade concentrated on workouts and troubled assets.

Prior to joining Crossman & Company, Bruce was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Capitol Investment Associates Corp.  For 16 years, he was responsible for the acquisition, management, leasing, marketing and disposition of all investment and development projects and directed the firm's operations.  He is a principal in many of the firm's investment partnerships.




Harold Warren

Harold Warren

Harold is the Director of Property Management for Crossman & Company, currently overseeing all operational aspects of the company’s property management portfolio of over 2.5 million square feet of commercial retail and office space. During his over seven year tenure Harold has assisted many large projects such as the ground up development of three Publix anchored shopping centers and the major redevelopment of two shopping centers post the 2004 Hurricane Season.

Harold earned an Associate of Arts Degree in Microbiology from Valencia Community College in Orlando, Florida. He has lived in Orlando for 40 years and is blessed with a beautiful wife and two wonderful children.




Todd Reeber

Controller
Todd E. Reeber, CPA

Todd leads a team of experienced property accounting professionals and directs the reporting activities for our managed commercial assets.  Todd concentrates on developing relationships with our clients and looking for opportunities to expand our portfolio of properties.  Prior to joining Crossman & Company, Todd oversaw the accounting and reporting for 27 managed and leased properties totaling over 7 million square feet as part of a portfolio of assets with a total value of over $1 billion dollars.

Todd graduated from the University of Florida with a Master's degree in Accounting and has been a Certified Public Accountant for 15 years.  Todd enjoys spending time with his wife and children and is an avid supporter of the UF alumni association.




Andrew Lively

Andrew Lively

Andrew serves as the Human Resources Director at Crossman & Company where he is responsible for handling recruitment, payroll, benefits, and employee satisfaction. In 2009 Crossman & Company won Orlando Business Journal's Best Places To Work in the 1-50 employee bracket. He also works as the Corporate Accountant for Crossman & Company overseeing company bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and office operations.

Andrew is a graduate from Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL and has a Master's degree in Church Ministry. Andrew is a member of Northland Church and is involved in marriage mentorship and men's bible study. He also serves with Purpose Orlando and I Am Second Orlando.
